Valnivo Sign is separate from Valnivo and linked to it. Valnivo hands a PDF over in the browser with Open in Valnivo Sign; no server of either product sees it, and no account is shared.
Valnivo Sign is developed and offered by Valnivo Labs, based in Luxembourg. Valnivo Labs is a trade name, not a registered company.
Where it stands
Built and running, in testing
Live at valnivosign.eu since 30 September 2026, and still being tested: not yet for a work contract or anything else whose signature must hold up legally.

The database in europe-west10, the services in europe-west1, e-mail through Scaleway in France.
What protects the data
The database rules are the security boundary, proved against the emulator before every deploy.
What it issues
Once everybody has signed, a completion statement with its key sign-1, and a record with the full audit trail, sealed with it. The word is issued, never certified.
